COVID-19 AID

There are many workers — such as librarians, chefs, and home patient care attendants — that have gotten sick with the virus and or were laid off without any benefits due to their immigration status. Brockton Workers Alliance is helping them as they often find many barriers to access help. We have started a bi-weekly food pantry to be able to support many families that do not qualify for any other benefits. With your support ,  we can help more families in need like Luisa’s. We want to thank The Haymarket People’s Fund, RESIST, The Boston Foundation, Hispanics in Philanthropy, Fair Foods, and Newton Neighbors Helping Neighbors for their generous funding during this crisis, which helps us connect our workers to resources for survival during the pandemic.
