The current team of Brockton Workers Alliance is composed by four board members. Isabel Lopez is the founder and the president of the BWA. She was born in Honduras and came to the U.S. as an undocumented teenager. She once was a domestic worker in the Beverly Hills and has first hand experience with the abuse undocumented workers of color can suffer. She'is currently involved with the Essex County Community Organitzation , which also provides education advocacy and organization on issues related to immigrants living in fear. Elzie Baptiste works as the Acting Vice President of the organization. Natacha Bazile is our Treasurer . Marie Charles acts as the clerk of the Brockton Workers Alliance.
