SECOND W0MEN'S LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE 

BWA's work is about meeting workers and developing their leadership skills to build for the change needed in their workplaces and communities!

This fall, another group of women took a stand to learn more about how to take a role on the issues that affect their workplaces and communities, participated in a ten weeks session institute. The group learned about rights, mental health and how affects us on many levels, how to become a leader, speak in public, and more. This group of courageous women is now ready to build for the change needed!
