The current team of Brockton Workers Alliance is composed by four board members. Isabel Lopez is the founder and the president of the BWA. She was born in Honduras and came to the U.S. as an undocumented teenager. She once was a domestic worker in the Beverly Hills and has first hand experience with the abuse undocumented workers of color can suffer. She'is currently involved with the Essex County Community Organitzation , which also provides education advocacy and organization on issues related to immigrants living in fear. Elzie Baptiste works as the Acting Vice President of the organisation. Natacha Bazile is our Treasurer . Marie Charles acts as the clerk of the Brockton Workers Alliance. The City of Brockton has habilitated a NEW VACCINATION CLINIC at the SHAW'S CENTER this Saturday, April 17th from 9:00am-1:00pm . To register for an appointment at this vaccination clinic, you may call the Council On Aging at (508) - 580 - 7811 . Non-english speakers who desire a multilingual assistence when making an appointment, may call the Mayor's Office at (508) - 580 - 7123. Instead of the Johnson & Johnson's Janssen Vaccine (that has been temporarily paused in the last days) t he shot being administered will be the Pzifer vaccine .
